View MoreFactoryWiz and FactoryWiz Pro CNC monitoring appliances are preloaded for detailed reporting, e-mail notifications, cell phone notifications and real-time CNC status display for plug-and-play installation. Reports include information on machine production, rejected parts, specific part reports and idle time. Custom reports generated with SAP’s Crystal Reports 2008 can be uploaded to the appliance and accessed from the Web. FactoryWiz also includes a mobile version of the Web interface, which can be accessed from a BlackBerry, iPhone or other Web-enabled smartphone to view their CNCs.
The FactoryWiz can serve as many as five CNCs in a package less than 3" tall. FactoryWiz Pro adds support for as many as 512 CNCs; dual-network interfaces to keep your CNCs off of your company network; and a professional-grade MySQL database to accommodate large volumes of monitoring data.
