The xsTECH Pro was designed with safety and education at its core. The full enclosure keeps chips and dust contained, protecting students while also reducing cleanup. Compact and weighing just 150 lb, the system easily fits on a 24" countertop, making it well suited for classrooms, technical colleges and small labs where space is at a premium.
The xsTECH Pro features a four-station automatic tool changer (ATC), expanded spindle capabilities and optional robotic workcell integration — features rarely found in desktop systems. These upgrades enable students to experience real-world machining processes without the complexity or cost of industrial-scale equipment.
The xsTECH Pro supports probing and four-axis machining, runs on standard single-phase power and can cut wood, plastics and aluminum. Students can use the platform to learn CNC fundamentals, create prototypes or even produce parts for entrepreneurial projects.
