ATI Stellram Acquires Greenfield Product Lines

ATI Stellram (La Vergne, Tennessee) has closed its acquisition of Greenfield Industries’ (Seneca, South Carolina) assembled threading tools product lines, including the Geometric, Supermetric, H&G, Vers-O-Tool and Acme-Fette brands. According to ATI Stellram, the Greenfield products will complement its own line of Landis threading systems with an expanded range of die heads for thread rolling and cutting, thread-chasing tools and adjustable internal threading taps.
