Hexagon Metrology (North Kingston, Rhode Island) has unveiled two new online tools: the Hexagon Metrology Support Center and the HexagonMetrologyU e-learning portal.
The Support Center is a centralized resource for technical inquiries, diagnostics, software downloads and customer support. Users can access frequently asked questions, video tutorials and multimedia content, plus view their support tickets and Hexagon product inventories. The center can be accessed at hexmet.us/support.
The HexagonMetrologyU e-learning portal offers more than 30 online courses in topics ranging from math for metrology to software programming. The courses feature step-by-step tutorials meant to complement the classroom training provided at Hexagon Precision Centers throughout the United States. The courses are available 24/7 at hexagonmetrologyu.com.
