ModuleWorks, an Aachen, Germany-based supplier of CAD/CAM components for three- to five-axis toolpath generation and simulation, has partnered with Southwestern Industries of Rancho Dominguez, California, to provide stock-removal verification technology for the latter’s TRAK CNC machine tools and controls. The companies have worked together in the past to develop fully featured stock-removal verification to run on Southwestern Industries’ ProtoTRAK CNC control, which powers the TRAK range of mill and lathe machine tools. The feature is now standard on all ProtoTRAK CNC controls.
