Partmaker Hosts Monthly Medical Webinars

CAD/CAM developer Partmaker, a division of Delcam, has launched a monthly webinar series focusing on optimal manufacturing and CNC programming techniques for common families of medical devices. “The machine tool, cutting tool and CNC programming techniques available in the market today to make medical devices have changed immensely during the past 24 months,” says Hanan Fishman, president of PartMaker. “The idea of this webinar series is to explain what these changes are and how firms need to apply the latest in advanced manufacturing to manufacture medical devices productively and profitably given the dynamics of their business.” Each webinar is conducted by a PartMaker specialist with medical experience and focuses on the manufacture of a particular implantable medical device.
