Automatic Sawing System

An automatic sawing system, the Amsaw 100, cuts ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The standard model is equipped with an automatic bar loader, a diverter chute to separate trim cut and tail ends and cut bars as programmed on an LCD panel.

Product highlights include cutting rates as high as 150 ipm; accuracy of ±0.002"; dry cutting; with no coolant required; and 14" maximum diameter saw blades that cut stock sizes as high as 4.0".
