Kasto offers its Kasto Tec AC4 KPC high-performance band saw. The saw includes multiple internal controls such as band deviation control and tolerance adherence controls to ensure cut quality while increasing productivity. The automated system enables lights-out cutting of small- and large-diameter nickel, titanium, cobalt and stainless barstock. Designed for ease of operation, the company says its saw can reduce training time. Technicians are on call to address maintenance and service issues, and through remote access, they can troubleshoot non-mechanical situations even faster.
