Belt Finisher Suitable for Various Pipe Sizes

Dynabrade’s air-powered pipe belt finisher is capable of blending and finishing metal, stainless steel and other materials, and is suitable for use on pharmaceutical equipment, railing and other metal fabrication applications. It can also be used for blending and polishing tubing and round stock, finishing structural steel, and various blending applications.

Featuring a 0.7-hp air motor, the finisher runs at 3,400 rpm. It uses 30"-long abrasive belts measuring ½" to 1 ½" wide. The tool’s design enables 180 degrees of workpiece abrasive capture at any time, while the slack of the abrasive belt enables use on various sizes of pipe. A tension arm allows for quick belt change, between both coated and nonwoven belts. Both the belt housing and side handle are adjustable for operator comfort.
