Leaders-In background

Hainbuch America Corp. showcases its Centrotex quick-change workholding system, which the company says can enable complete clamping device changeovers in less than one minute, reducing machine downtime while maximizing spindle utilization.

Engineered for high-speed workholding changeovers, Centrotex can deliver repeatability of 0.003 mm or less between the machine adapter and clamping device, with absolutely no need to indicate or realign after every changeover.

The interface simplifies setup procedures, increases flexibility through machine-overlapping use of clamping devices, and supports both power-actuated and fluid-actuated workholding systems. For heavier clamping devices, the optional Monteq mounting aid improves handling, safety and operator ergonomics.

For manufacturers facing the growing demands of high-mix, low-volume production, Centrotex is designed to streamline workholding changeovers into a fast, repeatable process.
