The company has introduced its Flexmill indexable countersink and chamfering tools, which, according to the company, will increase the range of applications, enhance productivity and add flexibility.
Two pockets are included with each tool, one for a square insert (SCMT 432) and another for a triangle insert (TCMT 321).
The tools can countersink and chamfer any angle between 10 degrees and 80 degrees. The tools are made from high-quality tool steel with nitrogen superficial treatment and PVD coated and polished for rigidity and accuracy, according to the company.
