Esab’s Warrior multi-process power source and feeder is designed to withstand harsh welding environments for shipbuilding; pipe welding; general fabrication; repair; maintenance; and rail car, mobile machinery and energy generation construction applications. The machine is capable of carbon arc gouging with electrodes ranging to 3/8" in diameter and welding 0.30" to 5/64" flux-cored and solid wires.
A durable external body endures harsh outdoor environments, and the machine’s air tunnel design creates “dirty” and “clean” air sides to ensure reliability of critical electronics. All controls are located on the front panel, and knobs are designed for ease of use when wearing welding gloves. The machine is generator compatible and is said to deliver up to 500 amps at a 60-percent duty cycle.
