The DMC 635 ECO and the DMC 1035 ECO VMCs from DMG offer a number of features, even in their standard versions. An 8,000-rpm milling spindle with an 82 Nm torque; a 20-pocket tool magazine with double gripper for changeover times of 1.6 seconds; and dynamic axis drives for feeds as fast as 25 m per minute. The series features a C-frame design with the X axis in the table. The DMC 635 features a work area of 635 mm × 510 mm × 460 mm and the larger DMC 1035 features a work area of 1,035 mm × 560 mm × 510 mm. The Siemens 810D 3D CNC offers a 15" screen, ShopMill software and intuitive operator guidance as well as 3D simulation. The ECO line also includes a series of universal lathes.
