The Model 9000 bevel mill from Heck Industries produces bevels ranging to 1.1875". Ideal for weld preparation beveling, the unit uses standard carbide inserts in a milling cutter for beveling most machinable materials including mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
The machine is self-supporting on the workpiece, and the operator hand feeds it along the edge of the plate at speeds as high as 6 fpm. It also features variable angle adjustments from 15 to 45 degrees.
