Enshu’s largest HMC, the GE590H can handle workpieces as large as 39.3 inches in diameter and 51 inches tall, weighting as much as 2,645 lbs.
The VMC1100B from SMTCL Americas delivers 1,260-ipm rapid traverse rates backed up by a 30-hp, 12,000-rpm direct-drive spindle for high performance.
Mazak’s redesigned HCN-5000/50 HMC includes the Smooth Technology platform and Mazatrol SmoothG CNC, which ease complex program generation through off-centerline machining and angled drilling, milling, and tapping.

The Johnford DMC-series double-column bridge mill from Absolute Machine Tools can handle 44,000 lbs of table load and provides full table support along its entire Y-axis travel.
Methods Machine tools’ KMH-300 machining center suits smaller shops with a compact size while also providing a full-rotary B axis.
The P5 machining center from Bertsche is already a powerhouse for such industry sectors as aerospace. But put two of them back to back, and you have a recipe for productivity, enabling the simultaneous machining of two different parts.
Per its name, GF Machining Solutions’ HSM 500 MoldMaster uses its 42,000-rpm HSK spindle to power through die/mold components such as 58-RC steel mold cores, and suction units to machine graphite EDM electrodes.
Heller’s H-series machining center machines cylindrical bores complete in a single setup, using the NCU out-facing head capable of adjusting the size, taper, surface and tolerance of a bore as it changes the size of the tool.
