Monster Tool will showcase its LRNF and HPNF line of high-performance solid carbide end mills for aluminum and nonferrous applications. They are available in a range of sizes, including diameters of 0.125" to 1.00", stub to extra-long flute length, reduced necks for extended reach applications and corner radius assortment from 0.010" to 0.250". Geometry enhancements and ZrN coating make the end mills suitable for ramping, plunging, slotting and trochoidal milling, the company says. Products in the line come standard with H6 shank tolerances and are ground on tungsten carbide blanks for reduced adhesive galling issues in high-speed machining.
