Cleaning Technologies Group Names CEO
The Ohio-based company has chosen new leaders.
Cleaning Technologies Group (Cincinnati, Ohio) has appointed Bernard (Barney) A. Bosse Jr. as its chief executive officer. Mr. Bosse will be responsible for the overall operation of the company, including its Ransohoff, Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics and CTG Asia division. Mr. Bosse was previously president of the Ransohoff Division. Jim McEachen, the company’s former CEO, announced his retirement at the end of 2012 and will remain with the company as a board member.
Helene M. Buse has been named chief financial officer of the company. Ms. Buse will be responsible for all finance and accounting operations of the company and its divisions. She was previously the corporate controller of the Cleaning Technologies Group.
Mr. McCormack, the previous CFO, announced his retirement at the end of 2012 but will remain with the company as vice president of finance through 2013 to ease the transition.
