Element Six Purchases MegaDiamond

 

Element Six (New York, New York) has acquired the MegaDiamond (Provo, Utah) cutting tool business from Schlumberger. The acquisition will enable Element Six to expand its capabilities and product portfolio through aerospace and automotive application-ready products and technology, and MegaDiamond’s customers will gain access to application materials technology across more industry sectors. The MegaDiamond business will be fully integrated into Element Six.
