Ceramic Filament Brushes Diminish Burrs
Osborn will showcase its ATB line of ceramic filament brushes designed to diminish burrs on materials ranging from plastic to high-temperature alloys used in aerospace and other high-technology industries. The brush design enables faster run times, increased output, and precision deburring and polishing, the company says. The brushes also are suited for edge-breaking, cleaning, finishing and other industry-specific applications.
The ceramic filament line includes master wheels, aggressive composite wheels, flexible composite wheels, ringlocks, Uni-lock max disc brushes, Uni-lock turbo disc brushes, bridled-end brushes and Uni-lock quick-change tools.
