The machine uses the pilot 3.0 user interface featuring a variety of measuring and analysis algorithms specifically for edge rounding measurement in the measuring room or in production. Measuring volume is 1.6 × 1.2 × 1.0 mm with a lateral resolution ranging to 1.2 microns and a vertical resolution of 0.1 micron. Alignment is said to be easy and fast with the universal holding fixture and positioning guide.
