The X-Plate system from Mitee-Bite Products is a versatile modular fixturing platform for three-, four- and five-axis applications. The “X” refers to the product’s 10 possible configurations. The X-Plate can be mounted in a vise with repeatable positional accuracy, T-slot tables or grid plates. Additionally, the platform can be used with a multi-functional face plate for indexers and five-axis machining centers. The X-Plate can be configured as modular fixturing in custom slots, a quick-change receiver for plates, mini tombstones and longer trunnions. It also accepts Raptor dovetail components and the Piranha zero-point base.
