Retention Knob Lineup Expands
JM Performance Products expands its retention knob line to include BT30 retention knobs, manufacturered for smaller footprint machines.
JM Performance Products Inc., a manufacturer skilled in milling machine optimization, expands its retention knob line to include BT30 retention knobs for new JTEKT Toyoda Americas Corporation machines. The company regularly adds new retention knob designs to its inventory in response to machine tool builders’ requirements.
These BT30 retention knobs fully incorporate the machine tool builders’ specifications and are manufactured to JMPP’s patented High Torque standard from 9310H material. The High Torque design is designed to improve milling results and tool life by resolving toolholder expansion, the inherent flaw in V-Flange tooling design.
The BT30 retention knobs are for Toyoda Americas smaller footprint machines, currently unavailable in the US market. The machines are shipped with 20 knobs from the factory to facilitate installation of the machine and enable quick production, but additional stock is not available from the factory. These knobs are a stocked item under item number JM25087CHTHS and ship with the required O-Rings. They are available for immediate shipment from JMPP’s warehouse in Ohio.
