The company offers bar feeders, chip conveyors, coolant management systems, automatic workholding devices and oil mist collectors. Hydrobar Sprint 542 automatic bar feed changes over in less than 8 min. and feeds 12-ft. round, hexagonal or square barstock with diameters ranging from ¼" to 1 5/8" (5 to 42 mm). The compact, rigid frame is designed to damp vibrations and minimize stress for quality performance, the company says. The PLC PCD3 is equipped with Ethernet and USB connectivity for communicating with the lathe PLC. It features a remnant retraction system, an automatic front stabilizer, automatic bar selection fingers and a menu-driven, prompting remote control.

The Turbo MH500 filtering chip conveyor accommodates chip challenges including fines, broken, coarse and stringy chips of mixed materials. It removes dedicated and ferrous materials, cast iron, brass and aluminum from the coolant, filtering debris to 500 microns. The compact design uses minimal floor space, and it works with the original coolant tank provided with most hinge belt conveyors that have a tail height of 5.5" or more. It is suited for turning and small milling chips produced by Swiss machines.
