The company offers an array of workholding and high-productivity products. According to the company, automated workholding fixtures increase production levels and quality without adding labor. The custom fixtures enable users to load/unload parts with a robot arm, while pre-load features center and clamp parts securely, the company says. Also, pressure and proximity sensors communicate wirelessly with the robot and machining center. Workholding setups can be designed for continuous operation so operator interaction with the system is not required. To form a complete system, the company can design and build automated cells that include assembly and gaging functions.
