Poco Graphite offers UltraC Diamond diamond-like carbon mold coatings in association with Entegris Specialty Coatings. The coatings are formulated for improved wear resistance and increased lubricity to avoid galling. According to the company, they are capable of running without grease or lubricants. UltraC-HT is suited for heavy-duty applications while UltraC-L is formulated to improve release in the mold. The coatings range in thickness from 1 to 2 microns and do not require a change in component dimensions.
Poco Graphite will also display its graphite product line, consisting of more than 100 material grades for use in EDM, glass handling, semiconductor and industrial market applications.
