Flex Machine Tools’ FlexJet waterjet system can be tailored to meet specialized
cutting requirements. The system enables users to select the pump, cutting head and machine size best suited for their applications. FlexJet waterjet systems provide rapid positioning and are available with head options ranging from conventional, five-axis and tilter to multihead setups.
The FlexJet FLX-1365, featuring a four-head cutting head, is engineered for speed and precision. The multihead solutions increase efficiency by enabling multiple heads to cut parts simultaneously, reducing overall cutting time and cost per part. Standard package options include two and four cutting heads, with the potential for further expansion.
For enhanced efficiency, the FlexJet FLX-1365 can be configured with a four-head cutting head. Depending on the application, these multihead solutions can be paired with higher-horsepower pumps to maintain performance at each individual cutting head. Each head is equipped with its own dedicated mini hopper for consistent abrasive delivery and can be turned on or off independently, ensuring only the necessary heads are engaged. An auto-spacing feature enables quick and simple adjustment of cutting head spacing, with a maximum of 48" and a minimum of 5.5" between heads.
FlexJet waterjets are built to handle complex jobs with a user-friendly design that supports workflow and improves productivity. Engineered and built in the U.S., these waterjets are suitable for demanding cutting applications. Flex Machine Tools offers customized waterjet solutions to match specific application needs, along with service and 24/7 remote response support.
