Citco PCD micro-boring bars from Fives feature a tungsten carbide body and PCD grade to optimize performance.
Citco PCD micro-boring bars from Fives feature a tungsten carbide body and PCD grade to optimize performance. According to the company, the tools feature cutting edges that stay sharp longer during machining of abrasive materials or precious metals. Designed for precision medical applications, the micro-boring bars are available with minimum bore sizes as small as 0.45" (1.14 mm). Fives says the tools yield improved surface finishes, deeper cutting depths and longer diameter-to-length ratios.
