Strong Hand Tools’ Strong Grip Big Mouth Pliers feature a four-position adjustment for holding capacities from ¼" to 3". According to the company, the crank handle quickly opens and closes the jaws and can be used to increase torque, even with the pliers locked in position.
The serrated teeth and long jaw are designed to provide a strong grip on large parts with a three-point bite. The V-notch in the top jaw holds pins or small pipes. The pliers have a minimal handle spread at the largest opening so they can be gripped with one hand.
Deep grip marks on the pliers' top and bottom handles enable gripping power and the secure adjustment bar is designed to minimize bar pop-outs. The pliers also feature a smooth release trigger that quickly unlocks the pliers with one hand without pinching fingers.
