Modern Machine Shop is proud to announce the 2025 Top Shops Honorees, an accomplished group of machining businesses recognized for excellence across core areas of shop performance. Selected from participants in the annual Top Shops Benchmarking Survey, this year’s honorees exemplify innovation, leadership, and operational excellence in the machining industry.
Each year, one standout shop is chosen in each of the survey’s four key categories: Machining Technology, Shopfloor Practices, Business Strategy & Performance, and Human Resources. Honorees are selected and vetted by the editorial team at Modern Machine Shop and will be profiled in the upcoming September 2025 issue.
The 2025 Top Shops Honorees are:
- Machining Technology: Aerotech Machining, Inc. - Bloomingdale, GA
- Shopfloor Practices: Midway Swiss Turn, Inc. - Wooster, OH
- Human Resources: Win-Tech, Inc. - Kennesaw, GA
- Business Strategy & Performance: Marathon Precision - Wheeling, IL
Each of these shops is receiving Top Shops Honors for the first time, marking a significant milestone in their continued growth and excellence.
The honorees will be formally recognized during the Top Shops Conference taking place in Charlotte, North Carolina at the NASCAR Hall of Fame on November 11-12, 2025. As part of the program, honorees will also participate in a panel discussion where they’ll share insights on how they’ve evolved their operations and achieved sustained business success.
