Jergens’ Ball Lock Wizard is an online interactive configurator that provides step-by-step instructions for designing a Ball Lock quick-change fixturing system. The wizard, which is available at jergens.configurators.com, enables a user to select components and build a system, and then generate a quote, bill of materials, CAD drawings and system images. It includes options for a variety of setups comprised of fixture plates, subplates, shanks, liners, receiver bushings and vises. Detailed documentation and assistance with the process also are available.
