C.H. Hanson (Naperville, Illinois) has acquired the assets of Pearson Industries, a manufacturer of ventilators and ventilation accessories. Pearson’s portable, lightweight fans include the 12" Velocity, which is capable of operating for 100,000 continuous hours.
“Both companies have established their reputations on providing American-made products with an emphasis on customer service,” says Andrew Hanson, vice president of marketing with C.H. Hanson. “We are now producing the Pearson product line at our manufacturing facilities in Naperville.”
Pearson’s ventilators join a lineup of over 5,000 products that C.H. Hanson manufactures and distributes for use in metalworking, abrasive finishing, workholding, industrial marking, maintenance, fabricating and electrical safety.
Of Pearson’s fans, Mr. Hanson says, “We have found a complementary acquisition that serves the same marketing niches we do, one that reflects our commitment to service, product selection and delivery.”
