The Z series alignment locks from Progressive Components are designed for increased performance through a combination of engagement geometry, particulate capturing, lubrication distribution and materials and treatments. According to the company, the alignment locks are long-lasting and their features maintain clean and consistent lubrication. Available styles include guide-lock, side-lock and top-lock options.
The company also offers the Bubbler base-cooling option, which is designed to maximize cooling flow rates and ease mold assembly and disassembly. A thin-wall cascade tube can be attached to cool long, round mold cores. The base-cooling option is available in four diameter sizes and two styles to suit assembly/disassembly preferences.
