Kasto’s KastoWin series includes fully automated band saws designed for mass-production sawing of solid material, tube and profile. Five sizes are available including cutting capacity ranges from 12.99" × 13.78" with the A 3.3 model to 41.73" × 41.73" with the A 10.6. The band saws can be customized to the application with a modular system design.
Quick motion is achieved a servodrive and ballscrew spindle for the material feed and a linear guided saw frame. Other features include an automatic band guide arm adjustment, SmartControl for extended band saw blade lifetimes, and an incremental feed for cutting batches of short pieces.
