Wintriss Controls Group’s ShopFloorConnect 6.0 shopfloor data collection software gathers production data from machines in the factory, displays KPIs in real-time and produces analytics. According to the company, the data collected by this software can help reduce machine downtime by as much as 70 percent.

This production monitoring system is compatible with many ERP applications, making it useful for manufacturers in industries such as discrete manufacturing, metalforming and metal fabrication. The software provides OEE calculations that report equipment effectiveness, even for complex manufacturing environments. The tracking software integrates with existing systems and is said to provide machine downtime and manufacturing reports via a web browser and email.
