Face Milling Cutter for High-Polish Milling
Horn’s M117P face milling cutter is designed for high-polish milling applications.
Horn’s M117P face milling cutter is designed for high-polish milling applications. The cutter features monocrystalline diamonds (MCD) with an amorphous structure for high-precision machining and geometrically determined cutting edges. The MCD tools are said to enable surface accuracies of less than Rz 0.02 microns, and are well-suited to finishing processes for nonferrous metals and their alloys; precious metals such as gold and platinum; and transparent plastics such as PMMA and PC.
