Low-Profile Magnetic Conveyors Move Parts Anywhere
IMTS22: Bunting’s Low-Profile Conveyors are said to require less than 2" of clearance and fit into most tight spaces.
Bunting showcases its Low-Profile Conveyors, which the company says are ideal for a wide variety of conveying applications. For industries including pharmaceuticals and food packaging to automotive parts and scrap metal removal, Bunting’s conveyors are moving manufactured goods.
Bunting says its conveyors are innovative, versatile and agile, which are vital for any production process when moving product from point A to point B is essential. Constant and variable belt speeds from 30- to 250-feet per minute are available.
The conveyors are said to require less than 2" of clearance and fit into most tight spaces, and they feature belt width sizes that range from 2" to 30" based on a facility’s needs. The drive can be mounted above or below the belt and on either side, and magnetic holding power stabilizes scraps (non-magnetic models are also available). According to Bunting, the Low-Profile Conveyors have a durable construction that maximizes lifespan and minimizes maintenance.
