Henning Software’s Visual EstiTrack Touch Scheduling Board software system incorporates a touchscreen interface that enables users to drag-and-drop scheduled shop order operations within and between work centers. The Scheduling Board emulates the magnetic scheduling boards often found in shops. According to the developer, the magnetic scheduling board metaphor enables a company to reduce the learning curve and help make it easier for shopfloor personnel to prioritize operations and move operations from one work center to another.
