Designed for versatility, the Check-It-Gauge can be used as a height gage, depth gage or step gage with a quick, easy adjustment, according to the manufacturer. Distributed by Custom Mold & Mfg., the device is available with either a dial or digital indicator. The ability to change indicator tip styles enables measurement of intricate details such as ribs, slots, engraving and grooves. This makes the device useful for mold manufacturers as well as inspectors, machinists and engravers in various other trades, the company says.
