RSVP Tooling’s Rollerbox turning system is designed to produce accurate, true and parallel diameters with maximum repeatability. Tooling capacity ranges from 0.0625 to 2.0 in more than five different style heads. The tools feature an auto-retraction to leave the machined part burnished by the supporting rollers. The company also offers thread rolling, which is said to be 10 times faster than single-point threading, and provides a stronger thread. The thread rolls are made from a cpm powder metal.
