The GrindSmart five- and six-axis tool grinding machine offers versatility for virtually all kinds of rotary and stationary cutting tools, including end mills, drills, form tools, indexable inserts, taps, reamers, routers and medical instruments. The ShapeSmart NP5 five-axis peel grinding machine offers high concentricity for pinch grinding even long and thin parts. Rough and finish grinding can be performed in one pass, avoiding two separate processes and reducing cycle times. The company’s LaserSmart five-axis CNC fine laser cutting and ablation machine is designed for super-hard materials such as PCD, PCBN, CVD and natural diamond.
